"Prices are fine, but nothing special"
The prices are okay, I guess, but I was expecting to get a little more for what I paid. Seems like everywhere these days charges just enough to make you feel like it should’ve been a better deal.

"Pretty quick shipping overall"
I ordered from gng.com and, the shipping was a bit faster than I was expecting. My package showed up in just a few days, and the tracking seemed to update fine once it was on the way. The only reason I’d probably give it 4 stars is that the dispatch email took a little while to come through, so I wasn’t totally sure what was happening at first. But after it shipped, it arrived quickly. I’d likely order from them again.

I’ve ordered from gng.com a few times now, the delivery has been mostly on time. There was one package that showed up a day later than expected, but they kept the tracking updated, so it didn’t really stress me out. Everything I ordered arrived in good shape, and nothing was missing. Overall, I’ve had a good experience with them, though there’s still a little room for improvement.

"My refund came back faster than I thought"
I ended up having to return something to gng.com because I picked the wrong size, which was annoying because I really just wanted it to work out the first time. Thankfully, the return instructions were easy for me to follow, and I didn’t feel like I had to keep bugging anyone to get it moving.
Once they got the item back, my refund showed up in a few days. I expected to be waiting around longer, so I was happy to see the money back in my account that quickly. For me, it was simple, smooth, and not a hassle.

The packaging was mostly fine, just one corner of the box showed up crushed. I’m totally calm about it, really, but yeah, it would’ve been nicer if it arrived in better shape.

I’m giving it 4 stars because, my quick test is simple: did the right stuff show up, and was anything missing? In this case, everything matched what I picked, sizes were correct, and the order was all there. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, so that’s the only reason I’m not going higher. Overall though, it was a smooth enough experience and I’d order again.
